The service was absolutely excellent. Our room was immaculate and adequate, equipped with all necessary facilities and comfortable beds and shower.

It was brilliant and fairly clean hotel with an attached restaurant. The twin room that we stayed in was ideal and immaculate. The breakfast was exceptional for all tastes, and the food was decent.

Loved nice hot and savoury breakfasts!!

This place was popular and the staff was really excellent. The standard king room we stayed in was silent with a double bed. The setting was absolutely perfect, adjacent to a festival in the town as well as the bars. Had a lovely stay here during our trip.

Bus load of School age Rugby Team, caused a lot of noise all night

Comfortable spacious rooms with great airflow from ceiling fans.

The nearby railway can be quite noisy at night.

Convenience to main routes of travel,price was very good and the buffet breakfast was of very good quality with a varied choice.The room was comfortable overall.

The bed was a little low although comfortable,some low noise around our room area from the corridor and car park areas.

Good location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly We have stopped hear before on our way to the highlands and will again. Good value for money.

This hotel was chosen as the mid point on our way back from Durness as I didn't want a 12 hour trip. This proved to be a good choice as we found the hotel most pleasing and attractive on entering the reception area and we were greeted by very helpful and pleasant staff members. The room surpassed our expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

My only criticism would be that the entrance to the hotel and car park is not clearly defined and we drove passed and had to turn around and after entering what appeared to be a trading estate, once again the entrance to the car park was not clearly defined

Pleasant staff andrelaxed experience

The room rates were very reasonable and good value for money. The facilities in the room were more than adequate. The room was spotless and everything well presented. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we were pleased with the additional cooked breakfast.

We had found no fault with the hotel

I enjoyed my stay, with avery comfy and tidy room that had great in-room facilities like a kettle for hot drinks. During peak breakfast hours, the dining area felt cramped, leading to some waiting. My dog wasn't provided with any amenities like a bowl or towel, disappointing for a pet-friendly hotel.

It was a comfortable stay, with friendly reception staff willing to assist with any queries/problems.

The breakfast was limited in choice.
